It is the objective of Success Recruitment To ensure that Equal Opportunity is maintained for all.

Equality Policy Statement

Recruiting and retaining good employees is critical to the success and survival of every organisation and if an organisation does not target mature workers, or women, or ethnic minority communities, for example, then it fails to use the widest talent pool available to find the best staff.

Success Recruitment is committed to equality and the importance of ensuring equal opportunity and fair treatment in every aspect of our business. Our goal is to be the preferred choice of candidates, clients, employees and suppliers.

We value and recognise the diversity of our candidates and employees and pledge to challenge all forms of discrimination whether it is based on age, gender, disability, race, religion or sexual orientation.

Our policy is to work with clients who themselves actively promote diversity and who endorse and demonstrate equality values.
